Dr. Sayre Limburg

A Bit About Me

I’m a naturopathic doctor specializing in natural family medicine, caring for patients from birth through elderhood. My approach blends modern diagnostics with the healing intelligence of nature, meeting each patient where they are to create personalized, regenerative paths to wellness. After years in clinical practice—and a transformative time spent in nature—I’ve come to see health as more than the absence of disease. In nature as well as community, the values reflected, shape how medicine is practiced: honoring cycles, simplifying for balance, and guiding the body back to its innate ability to heal. I believe the human body is the most advanced system on the planet. When we listen to its cues and align with nature, healing happens—not just physically, but emotionally and spiritually. My goal is to offer care that nourishes the whole person, reconnects them to their purpose, and restores vitality from the inside out.
